Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Flat $20 on most items, depending on size and weight.  All shipping will be through USPS and take 3 to 5 business days to receive, unless USPS is not able to ship the item.  No items over 20 lbs will be eligible for shipping without an additional handling fee.  You will be provided with a tracking number and signature verification will be required unless you specifically ask us to exclude that. 

***Note: If you ask us NOT to require a signature to receive the package, we will not be responsible for lost packages, and no refunds will be given. *** Once your item is picked up, we consider it delivered.
